The update notes from Disney states that it includes minor bug fixes and improved lobby functionality Steam usernames are now correctly displayed in-game, and ping calculations will read more accurately.
Unfortunately, we’re not going to see Kylo Ren’s swole bod in PS2-style splendor, as the patch is actually pretty minor. The fondly remembered Pandemic developed Star Wars: Battlefront II from 2005 actually received a new update on PC over 12 years after its launch. EA might have recently updated Star Wars Battlefront II to add content related to the release of The Last Jedi, but it’s not that Battlefront that we’re talking about today.
